RENTAL INFORMATION
To reserve our boat at Arcadie Plaisance in Port Grimaud (83 Var).
Booking
To reserve your sailing boat, monohull or multihull, you can visit our website or contact us directly by phone. We'll ask you to provide us with a few details, such as the rental date, the size of the boat and the number of people on board. This will enable us to advise you on the choice of boat best suited to your needs and level of experience.
the rental contract
Once your choice of boat has been validated and its availability checked, we will send you a rental contract to sign. This contract will specify the conditions of the charter, the rates and the responsibilities of each party. We recommend that you read this contract carefully and ask any questions you may have before signing.
The payment
Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card or cash. A deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance to be paid one month before taking possession of the boat.
Handling the boat
On the day of your charter, we'll welcome you at our base in Port Grimaud or Les Marines de Cogolin. We'll introduce you to your boat and give you all the information you need to sail safely. We'll also advise you on navigation routes and points of interest to discover in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
The return of the boat
At the end of the rental period, you will be asked to return the boat to our base in Port Grimaud or Les Marines de Cogolin. Please read the instructions on the “Boat documentation” page. We will then check the condition of the boat and return the deposit.
